All applications must be completed in their entirety, and delivered to Donova Property Management, 314 South Lincoln Street, Kent, OH 44240. All applications must include a $50 money order for a single application or a $100 money order for a joint application, and copies of pay stub(s) or verification documents showing monthly income.
